What’s behind those leaves?

Bees! When you look at this wall of grape leaves imagine you hear buzzing.

One more mystery. Every year I watch these vines produce round dark fruits. Are these grapes? If I pruned the vine, would they get bigger? Do you know of a place to look them up that doesn’t involve getting a hundred million hits on Google?

See those vines? I’m used to watching my step when I climb past them. I’m used to hearing bees buzzing my ears. Lately, there’s bees under those leaves, and it’s a little unnerving to have them buzzing around my feet.
