i’M A BIG FAN OF “Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day” – just made about 15 chocolate cherry brioches combining the brioche from AB5MD and the chocolate cherry part from King Arthur. I’ve just tried the KA adjusted French bread recipe, and it’s both terrific and easy: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/blog/2009/12/01/the-crunchiest-crackliest-chewiest-lightest-easiest-bread-youll-ever-bake/
I tried the main recipe for AB5MD and it was about as good as the other no-knead breads. Which is, very good, but it left me wanting to do better. That KA link goes through it in impressive detail. Thanks!
