Here’s my first impulse buy of plants for the year. From left to right: thyme, parsley, cilantro, scallions, and pansies. You can’t see it, but the garlic I planted last fall is sprouting behind them. More greenery!

Spring continues to reveal more survivors. This mound of Bleeding Heart not only survived being dug up and moved, it’s about twice as big as it was last year.
