Good old golden daffodils

Here you go: the obligatory spring bulbs, and you can’t get much more obligatory than golden yellow daffodils. The garden just isn’t complete without them.

Here’s some crocus, hiding behind tulips yet to come.

And here’s some squill coming up. It always amazes me to see how sharp the tips of the first shoots are. Bulbs are so determined to get through.
