Re: The Blueberry Pie

Be vewy quiet. We’re hunting pie on the Drabblecast, and we found a pair of tasty pies by Mur Lafferty.

“The Blueberry Pie” hunts pie with childish glee from the first line:

>She’d been hunting full-grown pies for four years now.  The little hand-held fruit pies were for kids– the preservatives made them slow and stupid– but pies in the wild, they were the true treasure, they had formed the culture of her people

Whereas “The Last of the Pie Hunters” sticks a long, probing finger deep into the warm, moist, gooey crevices of a NSFW pie. Both are very funny.

It’s almost enough to get one thinking of baking a pie. How many apples do I have left?
