Simple wheat bread

Now that I’ve settled into a couple of bread routines that work for me, I’m starting to do variations. Like this wheat bread. Nothing to it.

Take your basic white bread recipe, substitute 25% of the flour with whole wheat flour, and proceed as usual. Yum.

And it’s healthier, so you don’t have to feel bad about eating twice as much as you usually do. Right?
