Pushing the rock

So after my gripe yesterday, I dragged out the printout and worked on the silly story a little. And after a while, the “ugh” feeling went away, and I felt pretty good about what I was writing after all. Which is what usually happens. Why is it so hard to remember that?

Arg

Back in don’t wanna write mode. I think I did everything but write today. There’s just enough energy left to poke at the story a bit. Ugh.

Snow breaks

There’s young shoots and snowdrops, and then there’s the ugly things revealed by melting snow. Bad snow! You broke my lilac bush!
