Oh, who am I kidding? My brother pointed out that I’ve been neglecting this blog. It’s true, it’s true. There’s another NERAX North cask ale festival coming up, starting this Thursday, and what with getting things set up, and putting out fires (not least the conflagration I brought myself), and general excitement, the writing I’m barely managing to get done has to go to stories, not this blog. I am plotting to make some changes with it, like maybe changing the name, but not until after NERAX North.
Meanwhile, the weather has been perfect for spending afternoons in the garden, picking raspberries and winding down the war on weeds. I even collected this heaping bowl of collards before the turkeys found them.
